Eskdale Green is as well known for its miniature railway as its picturesque location in West Cumbria. Visitors flock to the village, off the A595, in the summer months to enjoy a trip on the Ravenglass and Eskdale Railway. It is one of the only settlements in the remote Eskdale valley.
